EDDY COUNTY IS ACCEPTING BIDS
 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Eddy County is looking for two separate bids for the Courthouse roof for the following:

1. Removal, disposal, and complete shingle replacement with 50-year shingles along with any necessary repairs to the roof.
2. Removal, disposal, and replacement of gutters.

All work must begin this summer with completion in 2026. The work shall consist of all labor, skill, and materials required to properly handle the improvement(s).

All bids should be submitted to the office of the County Auditor by 9:00 A.M on July 24^th, 2026, with a copy of the Contractor’s license. After the bid closing, the Commissioners will schedule a date to review the bids submitted and to award the contract to the successful bidder(s). The contract(s) will be awarded on the basis of the low bid submitted for each project by a responsible and responsive bidder deemed most favorable to the County’s interest.

Eddy County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in the best interest of the County and to waive technicalities or irregularities not deemed material by the County Commissioners.
