Commission Special Meeting

The Eddy County Commission will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. in the Eddy County Commission Room. The County Commission notes that pursuant to N.D.C.C. § 44-04-20.1, public comment on issues pertaining to agenda items is only required for regular meetings. Because the meeting as scheduled in this notice is a special meeting, there is no requirement that public comment be received at the meeting, and the County Commission will not be receiving public comment at this meeting.

Nothing within this Notice is intended to prevent anyone from attending or having access to this special meeting.

The meeting’s agenda will focus on discussion and/or action on the following items; no other issues will be considered at the special meeting:

1. Opening Statement on Special Meetings;

2. Executive Session on Attorney Consultation for Reasonably Predictable Litigation Pursuant to N.D.C.C. § 44-04-19.1;

3. Discussion and/or Action on PRC Development Agreement;

4. Discussion and/or Action on Joint Powers Agreement with Eddy County and New Rockford Township; and

5. Discussion and/or Action on Fee for PRC/ Flickertail Wind Project Application.
