The Eddy County Zoning Board will meet at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 10, 2023 in the Commission Room in the basement of the Eddy County Courthouse in New Rockford, North Dakota. The following items are on the agenda:
*Public Hearing on Conditional Use Permit for a Temporary Meteorological Tower in Section 32, Township 150, Range 67
*This land is currently owned by Paul and Erica Phelps and is currently zoned
agricultural.
* Public Hearing on Conditional Use Permit for a Temporary Meteorological Tower in Section 3, Township 149, Range 66
*This land is currently owned by Steve Noack and is currently zoned agricultural.
* Amendment of Current Zoning Ordinances to Add Model “B” Floodplain
