Executive Session on Attorney Consultation for Reasonably Predictable Litigation Pursuant to N.D.C.C. § 44-04-19.1 (To be Held in Juror Room)
Statement on How Hearings Will Proceed (Mr. Waters)
Zoning Commission
(1) Open the public hearing on the Wind Energy Facility (WEF) Siting Permit Application (FTW Application) submitted by Flickertail Wind, LLC for the Flickertail Wind Project (FTW Project) (3 Minutes each)
(2) At the conclusion of the FTW Project Application public hearing, the Zoning Commission shall make a recommendation to approve, deny, or approve with conditions the issuance of a WEF Siting Permit to Flickertail Wind, LLC for the FTW Project
(3) Close Hearing on Flickertail Wind Permit
(4) Open the public hearing on the WEF Siting Permit Application (FTW II Application) submitted by Flickertail Wind II, LLC for the Flickertail Wind II Project (FTW II Project) (3 Minutes each)
(5) At the conclusion of the FTW II Application public hearing, the Zoning Commission shall make a recommendation to approve, deny, or approve with conditions the issuance of a WEF Siting Permit to Flickertail Wind II, LLC for the FTW II Project
(6) Close Hearing on Flickertail Wind II Permit and Adjourn the Zoning meeting
County Commission
(1) Make a decision to approve, deny, or approve with conditions the issuance of a WEF Siting Permit to Flickertail Wind, LLC for the FTW Project; and
(2) Make a decision to approve, deny, or approve with conditions the issuance of a WEF Siting Permit to Flickertail Wind II, LLC for the FTW II Project.
