BLADE OPERATOR

EDDY COUNTY

Applications are being accepted for a blade operator for Eddy County based out of the New Rockford Shop. Primary job will consist of maintaining and snowplowing of County and Township roads in the central section of Eddy County.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must posses a valid driver’s license
• 3 to 5 years of experience with all aspects of road maintenance and equipment operation
• Ability to operate a variety of small equipment
• Ability to perform a variety manual maintenance activity
• Interpersonal communication skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships with county staff, township officials and the general public
