Services and responsibilities of the Recorder's Office include:

• Recording of legal documents in land indexes
• Maintaining and preserving records for public use
• Issue marriage licenses
• Record military discharges - DD-214

Eddy County is a full member of NDRIN (North Dakota Recorders Information Network) and began imaging its real estate records in July of 2003, beginning with Document Number 106744. We are also working on entering and imaging older real estate records.
