The Eddy County Clerk of Court and Recorder's office will be closing at 10:30 am on Monday, July 15, 2024. If you need assistance with a Clerk of Court matter please contact the Wells County Clerk at 701-547-3122. The office will re-open Tuesday at 8:00 am.
