Please take notice a Special Meeting of the Eddy County Commission will take place at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, December 11, 2023 in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room in the basement of the Eddy County Courthouse.
The topics of this Special Meeting will be limited to:
1. State’s Attorney Briefing on Open Meetings Law and Parliamentary Procedures
2. Request for County Funding for Airport (Continued)
a. Stuart Richter, President of the New Rockford City Commission
3. Tendered Resignation of County Auditor
This Special Meeting has been called by the Chairman of the Eddy County Commission.
The previous Special Meeting called for this same date and time does not comply with North Dakota law and is therefore invalid.
