The Primary Residence Credit is almost here!

The webpage is up and ready for taxpayers and can be found at Primary Residence Credit | North Dakota Office of State Tax Commissioner (nd.gov). The page contains a list of Frequently Asked Questions, the designated phone line for the PRC, and a designated email address. As of January 1, this is where the application link will be available.

The Primary Residence Credit applications will be open online on January 1st through March 31st.

Primary Residence Credit questions:
1. Property owner’s name.
2. Either SSN or ITIN.
3. County in which the primary residence is located.
4. Parcel ID number.
5. Email address (if the applicant has one).
6. Phone number.
