Notice of Eddy County Zoning

Public Hearing

The Eddy County Zoning Commission will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 28, 2025 in the Commission Room in the basement of the Eddy County Courthouse in New Rockford, North Dakota to hold a public hearing. The hearing will be to consider approving a Conditional Use Permit for the City of New Rockford Landfill. The Landfill is located in the SW1/4 of Section 34, Township149N, Rage 66W of Eddy County and is currently owned by the City of New Rockford.

The Conditional Use Permit application is available for public inspection at the Eddy County Courthouse during normal business hours.

The Eddy County Commission will have a quorum present at this meeting and will be holding a Special Meeting of the County Commission at the same time.
